Authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute an agreement for professional services (“PSA”) with the City of Salinas, for the period retroactive to July 1, 2022, through December 31, 2025, for the provision by the Monterey County Health Department, Planning, Evaluation and Policy Unit of evaluation services to the City, measuring the effectiveness of the City’s evidence-based prevention and intervention activities on, reducing youth violence, funded by a Cohort 4 California Violence Intervention Prevention Grant No. BSCC 821-22 of the State of California Board of State and Community Corrections, in the amount not to exceed $204,796; and b. Authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a Data Sharing Agreement with the City of Salinas for the period retroactive to July 1, 2022, through December 31, 2025, attached as Exhibit D to the agreement; and c. Approve the recommendation of the Director of Health to accept all non-standard provisions in the Agreement and Data Sharing Agreement; and d.
