Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute an Agreement with Salinas Valley Health to plan and implement a technological infrastructure that facilitates care coordination and data exchange, in accordance with California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) requirements via the Monterey County Health Information Exchange (HIE) and Community Information Exchange (CIE) development project, in the amount of $42,925, for a term retroactive to January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024; and b.
