Approve and authorize the Director or Assistant Director of the Department of Social Services to sign an agreement with the County of Santa Cruz Human Services Department, allowing them to use Monterey County’s CHERISH Receiving Center for the temporary placement of children removed from their homes, for the term of October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2025, where the County of Santa Cruz will reimburse Monterey County for the placements in an amount not to exceed $168,510; and b.
