Approve and authorize the Chief Information Officer to sign a non-standard radio site lease agreement with the United States Department of the Navy, for the County’s use of rack and antenna space in the Navy shelter, known as the La Mesa site, at no cost, commencing November 1, 2022, and ending October 31, 2023; and b. Accept non-standard provisions as recommended by the Chief Information Officer; and c.
