Authorize Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Natividad or his designee to execute the Second Amendment to the Professional and Call Coverage Services Agreement with Richard Moore M.D., Inc. to provide general and critical care surgery services at NMC extending the term by twenty-four months (October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024) for a revised full agreement term of October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2024, and adding $300,000 for a revised not to exceed amount of $800,000 in the aggregate; and b.
