Approve and authorize the Chief Information Officer to sign a non-standard Radio Site Lease Agreement with the Heartland Mark, LLC - Pinball Site commencing September 20, 2022, and automatically self-renew each year on August 31 of that fiscal year unless amended and/or increasing annually based on the Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) index; and b. Accept non-standard provisions as recommended by the Chief Information Officer; and c.
