Approve and authorize the Chief Information Officer to execute retroactively a non-standard Agreement between L3Harris Technologies, Inc., and the County of Monterey, for $109,000 to provide Security Update Management Services (SUM+) for the County Next Generation Radio System (NGEN) for the term of May 15, 2022, to May 14, 2023; and b. Approve non-standard agreement terms as recommended by the Chief Information Officer of the Information Technology Department. c.
