Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad or his designee to execute the First Amendment to the Professional and Call Coverage Services Agreement with Allen Radner MD to provide infectious disease physician services, extending the term by twenty-four months (September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2024) for a revised full agreement term of September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2024 and adding $200,000 for a revised not to exceed amount of $300,000 in the aggregate; and b.
