RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
Accept the Annual Report 2010-11 from the Monterey County Children's Council.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Annual Report was created to help the community understand the needs of children in Monterey County and to help build community commitment to meet those needs. The Annual Report is intended to help community members make informed decisions with regard to public policy, volunteer efforts and support for non-profit organizations.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
A copy of the Annual Report for 2010-11 is on file with the Clerk of the Board.
FINANCING:
There is no General Fund Contribution associated with receipt of this report.
