Title: Consider finding, pursuant to AB361 and in order for the Historic Resources Review Board to continue meeting remotely, that the COVID-19 pandemic state of emergency declared by Governor Newsom is still in effect; the Historic Resources Review Board has reconsidered the circumstances of the state of emergency; and the Monterey County Health Officer continues to recommend social distancing measures for meetings of the legislative bodies. If accepted, consider scheduling a Special Meeting prior to October 1, 2022 to adhere to the 30-day timeframe of AB361 to continue remote meetings.
