a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a Memorandum of Understanding, for the provision of therapeutic services and mental health supports to students, with Alisal Union School District for a total maximum amount not to exceed $273,685 retroactive to July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023; and
b. Approve non-standard insurance and indemnification provision in Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health; and
c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to approve up to three (3) future amendments that in total do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the initial liability amount and that do not significantly change the scope of services.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a Memorandum of Understanding, for the provision of therapeutic services and mental health supports to students, with Alisal Union School District for a total maximum amount not to exceed $273,685 retroactive to July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023; and

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the School District and the County expired on June 30, 2022.
