Accept non-standard contract provisions as recommended by the District Attorney; c. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee or the District Attorney or designee to sign and execute all necessary documents and verifications related to the renewal Agreement, including any amendments or additions of services, subject to County Counsel review, provided such amendments do not cause the renewal Agreement amount to exceed $200,000; d.
