Approve and authorize the County Clerk-Recorder or their designee to execute a non-standard agreement with Kofile Technologies, Inc., for the preservation and conservation of the County Clerk-Recorder’s index books, for a one (1) year term of July 1, 2026 through and including June 30, 2027 in an amount not to exceed $354,264; and b. Accept non-standard language in the agreement provided by the vendor as recommended by the County Clerk-Recorder; and c. Approve and authorize the County Clerk-Recorder or their designee to sign up to three amendments to the Agreement that do not exceed 10% ($35,427) with similar non-standard language provisions, that do not significantly alter the scope of work, for a total aggregate contract amount of not to exceed $389,691.Tue, 09 Jun 2026 23:33:41 GMT
