Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a Center for Infectious Diseases General Data Use and Disclosure Agreement with the California Department of Public Health to access state-managed infectious disease data systems, for a term of three years, effective upon execution to three years after the latest signature date, at no cost to the County; b. Approve non-standard risk provisions in Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c.
