Approve and authorize the County of Monterey Department of Emergency Management to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the City and County of San Francisco accepting a grant award of $74,173 for procurement of equipment and implementation of the Fiscal Year 2024 Urban Areas Security Initiative grant for the grant performance period of April 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; and c.
