Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to sign a two-year grant funded Agreement in the award amount of $56,038 with First 5 Monterey County to support the Probation Department’s Child Advocate Program for a term retroactive to July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028; and b.
