Approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services or designee to sign a retroactive Renewal and Amendment No. 2 to Agreement #A-17189 with Meals on Wheels of the Monterey Peninsula to provide congregate and home delivered meals, and nutrition education services to seniors, adding $516,316 for a new contract total of $954,474 retroactive to June 30, 2026, and extending the term by three years, for a new term of January 7, 2025 through March 31, 2029; and b.
