RECOMMENDATION:
Refer the Amending parcel map for Cathrein Estates, Lot 10 to the Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors approved the original tentative parcel map and final map for the Cathrein Estates subdivision, and is therefore the appropriate authority to consider the Amending parcel map pursuant to Section 19.08.015 of the Monterey County Code.

SUMMARY:
RMA staff, has determined that because the Board of Supervisors was the final decision maker in the Cathrein Estates Subdivision, the Board is the Appropriate Authority to consider amendments to the Cathrein Estates Subdivision final map. The subject project was incorrectly placed on the Planning Commission Agenda and has been moved to a future public hearing before the Board of Supervisors as required in the Subdivision ordinance, Title 19 of the Monterey County Code.
