The resultant parcels will not have a decrease in acreage under the Williamson Act Contract.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution:
a. Finding that the project is a Lot Line Adjustment not resulting in a new parcel, which qualifies as a Class 5 Categorical Exemption per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section15305(a), and there are no exceptions pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15300.2;
b. Approving a Lot Line Adjustment between two (2) existing legal lots of record of approximately 143.67 acres (Existing Parcel A- under Williamson Act Agricultural Preserve Land Conservation Contract No. 72-40) and 0.29 acres (Existing Parce...
