Title
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute one (1) to three (3) year Mental Health Services Act Agreements for the provision of Mental Health services with each of the following Monterey County providers:
1. Alliance on Aging (AOA) for a term of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $237,324; and
2. Community Human Services (CHS) for a term of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $825,936; and
3. Crisis Support Services of Alameda County (CSSAC) for a term of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $450,432; and
4. Family Services Agency of the Central Coast (FSACC) for a term of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $700,020; and
5. National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) for a term of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $120,000; and
6. The Village Project (TVP) for a term of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $276,250; subject to review and approval of County Counsel, Risk Manager, and County-Auditor Controller; and
b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to approve up to three (3) future amendments for each Agreement listed in paragraph (a) above, which in the aggregate do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the initial liability of each Agreement and which do not significantly change the scope of services.

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
