Title
a. Authorize the County Administrative Office, Office of Community Engagement and Strategic Advocacy ("CAO OCESA") to accept a grant augmentation (Subaward XC19 01 0270, Cal OES ID 053-00000), in the amount of $244,363 with a required in-kind-match of $61,091, awarded by the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) County Victim Services Program (Cal OES VOCA Program), supporting the provision of direct services to victims of crime in Monterey County, for a total grant award for the years July 1, 2016 through December 31, 2020 of $1,122,229, and extending the grant period to December 31, 2020; and
b. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Adopted Budget for Office of Community Engagement and Strategic Advocacy (OCESA), Fund 001, Appropriation Unit CAO024, to increase appropriations and revenue by $103,954 funded by Subaward XC19 01 0270, Cal OES ID 053-00000, awarded by the Cal OES VOCA Program (4/5th vote required); and
c. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to amend the Fiscal Year 2020-21 Adopted Budget for OCESA, Fund 001, Appropriation Unit CAO024, to increase appropriations and revenue by $140,409 funded by Subaward XC19 01 0270, Cal OES ID 053-00000, awarded by the Cal OES VOCA Program (4/5th vote required); and
d. Authorize CAO OCESA and IGLA Assistant County Administrative Officer (ACAO) overseeing the OCESA, or the ACAO's designee to enter into amendments to agreements, distributing $229,701 of the grant augmentation for direct services delivery, with the following public and private entities: YWCA of Monterey County, CASA of Monterey County, Monterey County Rape Crisis Center, Seaside Police Department, Greenfield Police Department with an extended effective date through December 31, 2020; and
e. Authorize the CAO OCESA and IGLA Assistant County Administrative Officer (ACAO) overseeing the Office of Community Engagement and Strategic Advocacy (OCESA), or the ACAO's design...
