1. Consider recommending that the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair of the Board to sign letters of support for local and national organizations and institutions that are applying for grants that directly support sustainability efforts in either the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan, the County General Plan, the forthcoming Climate Action Plan, and other relevant County adopted plans as recommended by the Sustainability Program Manager; provide other direction to staff.
