RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Capital Improvements Committee receive a Status report on the Job Order Contract Program supporting Public Works and Facilities projects for the period of October through December 2020 to capture FY 2020/2021 Quarter Two (2).

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Capital Improvement Committee (CIC) requested to receive quarterly reports on the Job Order Contracting (JOC) program managed by Public Works, Facilities and Parks (PWFP) supporting Public Works and Facilities projects. The Projects within this report include projects from the 2019 and 2020 JOC program year.

October - December 2020 (Quarter Two) Projects Summary:

- Construction Contract Value: $386,779
- Gordian License Fees (JOC Fees): $19,339
