Title: a. Approve nonstandard indemnification provisions as recommended by the Director of Health; and c. Authorize the Director of Health, the Assistant Director of Health, or the Emergency Medical Services Director, to sign up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where each amendment does not exceed ten percent (10%) ($1,076.90) of the original amount and does not significantly change the scope of work.
