a. Authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. A-14306 between the County of Monterey and ComplianceLine, LLC., for the provision of a compliance toll-free number reporting hotline, extending the contract term by two years, for a revised full term of May 1, 2019 to July 1, 2025, and increasing the Agreement amount by $13,156 (FY 2023-24, $6,578 and FY 2024-25, $6,578), for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $34,040; and
b. Approve and authorize the Health Director or Assistant Health Director to approve one (1) future amendment that does not exceed 10% ($1,074) of the original Agreement amount and does not significantly alter the scope of services.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
a.
