| 1. | Pajaro County Sanitation District Sewer Repairs | PCSD General | a. Accept a report on the expenditures for the emergency repairs to the Pajaro County Sanitation District sewer main; and
b. Authorize an increase in appropriations in the amount of $150,000 in the Fiscal Year 2015-16 Adopted Budget for the Pajaro County Sanitation District, Fund 151-3000-8197-RMA040, where the financing source is Unassigned Fund Balance, to fund emergency repairs to sewer line along Las Lomas Drive (4/5th vote required); and
c. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to amend the budget for the Pajaro County Sanitation District, Fund 151-3000-8197-RMA040, for Fiscal Year 2015-16 by increasing appropriations in the amount of $150,000 where RMA Fund 151 Unassigned Fund Balance is the financing source to balance the appropriation increase.
