| 1. | EGCSD Board Elections | East Garrison CSD Resolution | a. Adopt a resolution requesting the Monterey County Board of Supervisors to direct the Registrar of Voters to conduct a general election on August 29, 2017, wholly by mailed ballot on the questions of: 1) Shall the East Garrison Community Services District have a directly elected Board of Directors; 2) If the East Garrison Community Services District shall have a directly elected Board of Directors, which five (5) candidates shall be elected to serve; and 3) Shall the mailed ballot be used to conduct all future general district elections; and
b. Order the District to reimburse the County for the cost of the election. | adopted | Pass |
