Natividad Medical Center - Consent  
Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or a designee to execute  
renewal and amendment No. 10 to the agreement (A-13298) with Net Health Systems, Inc. for  
rehabilitation documentation software and licenses, extending the agreement an additional two (2) year  
period (December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2027) for a revised full agreement term of August  
31, 2016 through November 30, 2027 and adding $175,807 for a revised total agreement amount not  
to exceed $856,424.
