Adopt a resolution to:
a. Authorize implementation of the Monterey County Water Resources Agency Stream Gage Upgrade
Project and accept a funding award from the California Department of Water Resources (DWR)
through the California Stream Gage Improvement Program (CalSIP) funded by the Budget Act of
2023 (Stats. 2023, Ch. 189, Section 43); and
b. Authorize the General Manager or his designee to execute and manage funding documents, and any
amendments thereto with DWR, and take such other actions as necessary or appropriate to comply
with funding requirements.
