on Thursday, August 20, 2026 beginning at the hour of 9:30 a.m. The public is welcome to attend. The
site visit is not a public hearing but questions to staff are welcome. Testimony will not be taken by
the Zoning Administrator at this site visit. The public hearing on the project will be held by the Zoning
Administrator on August 27, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in the Thyme Conference Room, 1441 Schilling Place,
2nd Floor, Salinas, CA 93907
The Recommended Action indicates the staff recommendation at the time the agenda was prepared.
That recommendation does not limit the Zoning Administrator’s alternative actions on any matter
before it.
