a. Approve and Authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to execute an Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement No. A-14688 between the County of Monterey and Panoramic Software Inc., for the provision of web based software subscription, database hosting, technical support/maintenance of the PG-ProWeb solution utilized by the Monterey County Health Department's Public Guardian Bureau, extending the contract term by three (3) years to June 30, 2026, adding $169,500 for a total contract amount of $339,000; and
b. Approve and Authorize the Health Director to approve up to three (3) future amendments that do not exceed 10% ($16,950) of the original Agreement amount and do not significantly alter the scope of services.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and Authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to execute an Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement No. A-14688 between the County of Monterey and Panoramic Software Inc., for the provision of web based software subscription, database hosting, technical support/maintenance of the PG-ProWeb solution utilized by the Monterey County Health Department's Public Guardian Bureau, extending the contract term by three (3) years to June 30, 2026, adding $169,500 for a total contract amount of $339,000; and
