a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. A-15943 with Spay Neuter Imperative Project (SNIP) for the provision of all-inclusive spay/neuter clinics for domestic and feral cats of residents in unincorporated Monterey County communities and the City of Salinas to increase Agreement amount by $42,000 and extend term by six months to December 31, 2023, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $236,400 for the term of July 11, 2022 to December 31, 2023; and
b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to sign up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not 10% ($23,640) of the Amendment No. 1 total and do not significantly change the scope of work.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
