Public Contract Code Section 20128.5 provides that counties may award annual contracts for repair, remodeling, or other repetitive work to be done according to unit prices. The apparent low bidders were Staples Construction for NMC 2025-01 and Newton Construction and Management for NMC 2025-02.
Exhibit A provides the status of JOC projects for the reporting period, as well as other required data including: contractor, number of contractor evaluations completed, and 50% local employment compliance information for the projects. Exhibit B provides required contractor evaluations for completed JOC projects.
