a. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee, to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Sicuro Data Analytics, Inc. for Statistical Analysis from November 13, 2026 through November 12, 2027, increasing the maximum contract amount from $371,100 to $401,100 an increase of $30,000; and
b. Accept standard contract provisions as recommended by the District Attorney; and
c. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee and the District Attorney or designee to sign and execute the appropriate documents and verifications when required; and
d. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to issue purchase orders on an as-needed basis pursuant to this Amended Agreement, November 13, 2026 through November 12, 2027.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee, to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Sicuro Data Analytics, Inc. for Statistical Analysis from November 13, 2026 through November 12, 2027, increasing the maximum contract amount from $371,100 to $401,100, an increase of $30,000; and

SUMMARY:
On May 5, 2023, the Board approved an Agreement with Sicuro Data Analytics, LLC for statistical analysis services in the amount of $150,000, Agreement No. A-16262. The Agreement was subsequently amended to extend the term through December 31, 2027, and increase the maximum contract amount to $371,100 for continued services.
