Approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Social and
Employment Services, or his designee, to sign and submit applications
for continued funding, and sign final funding Agreements and
amendments from state agencies for designated programs for Fiscal
Year 2008-09 and Calendar Years 2008 and 2009.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
