SUMMARY:

Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors continue the Vasquez project (PLN040529) from the August 28, 2018 hearing to the September 11, 2018 Board of Supervisors hearing. The continuance is requested to provide County staff and the applicant additional time to negotiate agreeable conditions of approval for the project.

At the July 24, 2018 Board of Supervisors hearing, the applicant objected to specific conditions of approval attached to the draft hearing resolution. The Board continued the project to the August 28, 2018 Board hearing to provide time for staff and the applicant to resolve the condition language.

To achieve amenable revisions to the conditions, staff requested updated water quality testing results. Water quality testing results were not available in time to analyze and incorporate the information into the draft report for the August 28, 2018 Board of Supervisors hearing. Water quality test results and revised conditions based on those results, will be provided in advance of the next Board of Supervisors hearing on September 11, 2018.
