RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors receive the action minutes from the May 5,
2011 meeting of the Legislative Committee.
SUMMARY & DISCUSSION:
The Legislative Committee met on May 5, 2011. The Committee submits for Board receipt the
action minutes from that meeting. The action minutes from the meeting were approved by the
Legislative Committee as follows:
