a.    Accept  the  Final  Map   for  the   standard subdivision PLN040571,       

     Boronda  Manor]  of  1.5  acres  into  six  lots  between 10,000 and          

     11,300   square   feet,   Indemnification   Agreement,   Permit Approval      

     Notice,     Tax  Clearance  Letter,   Subdivision  Title Guarantee and       

     Recording   Fee;   and

b.    Authorize  the  Clerk  to  sign  the Final Map; and                          

c.   Direct  the  Clerk  to  the  Board  to submit the Final Map,                  

     Indemnification   Agreement,   and   Permit   Approval  Notice, to the        

     County  Recorder  for  filing; and                                            

d.    Authorize  the  Parks  Department  to  deposit  the recreation in lieu       

     fee  of  $7,223.00   in  the  Recreation-in-Lieu  Fee  Trust Account No.      

     080-3473.

 

WHEREAS,     the     Standard      Subdivision     Committee     recommended     approval      of    the    Boronda Manor

Standard   Subdivision   Tentative   Map    PLN040571      for   the   subdivision   of   1.5    acres  into six lots

between   10,000   and   11,000   square   feet,   with   41    conditions   on   August  25, 2005, and;

 

WHEREAS,      the      Planning      Commission      approved      the      Boronda      Manor      Standard  Subdivision

Tentative   Map    PLN040571],    for   the   subdivision   of   1.5    acres   into    six   lots   between 10,000 and

11,300   square   feet,   with   41    conditions   on   October 26, 2005, and;

 

WHEREAS,    all    conditions   of   approval   have   been   met   to   the   satisfaction   of   agencies applying said

conditions     and;

 

WHEREAS,    the    staff   has   determined   that   the   Final    Map   prepared   for   recordation  is in substantial

compliance    with    the    approved    Tentative  Map,

 

NOW     THEREFORE     BE     IT     RESOLVED     that    the     Board   of Supervisors:

 

a.     Accept   the  Final   Map   for  the   standard  subdivision   PLN040571,   Boronda Manor] of 1.5 acres into six

     lots   between   10,000   and   11,300   square   feet,   Indemnification   Agreement, Permit Approval Notice,  Tax

     Clearance   Letter,    Subdivision   Title   Guarantee   and Recording Fee; and

 

b.    Authorizes  the  Clerk  to   sign  the  Final Map; and

 

c.     Authorizes   the   Clerk   to   the   Board   to   submit   the   Final Map, Indemnification Agreement, and Permit

     Approval  Notice,  to  the  County  Recorder  for  filing; and

 

d.    Authorize  the  Parks  Department  to  deposit  the  recreation  in  lieu  fee  of  $7,223.00 in the Recreation-in-

RECOMMENDATION:

It  is  recommended  that the Board of Supervisors:

 

a.    Accept  the  Final  Map  for  the  standard  subdivision PLN040571, SAMMUT] of 1.5

    acres  into  six  lots  between 10,000 and 11,000 square feet, Indemnification

    Agreement,   Permit   Approval  Notice,   Mitigation  Monitoring and Reporting

    Program,  Tax  Clearance  Letter,,  Subdivision  Title  Guarantee  and Recording Fee;

 

b.  Authorize  the  Clerk to sign the Final Map;

c.   Direct  the  Clerk  to  the  Board  to  submit  the  Final Map, Indemnification Agreement, and

    Permit  Approval  Notice,  to the County Recorder for filing.

d.   Authorize  the  Parks  Department  to  deposit  the recreation in lieu fee of $7,223.00 in the

    Recreation-in-Lieu  Fee   Trust  Account  No. 080-3473.

 

SUMMARY:

The   developer   has   submitted   tax   certificates   in   accordance  with Section 66492 of the

Subdivision  Map  Act  and  has  met  all  the  conditions  of the approved Boronda Manor Standard

Subdivision.  The  documents  and  fees  need  to  be  accepted  by the Board before the Final Map

can be filed for record.

 

DISCUSSION:

The   Planning   Commission   approved   the   Boronda   Manor   Standard Subdivision PLN040571]

on  October  26,  2005.  The  Final  Map  is in substantial compliance with the approved Tentative

Standard   Subdivision  Map.

 

OTHER          AGENCY          INVOLVEMENT:

The  applicant  has  met  all  the  conditions  from the Planning and Building Inspection, Health,

Water  Resources  Agency,  Public  Works,  and the Salinas Rural Fire Protection District.
