Approve and authorize the Sheriff to sign Amendment No. 1 to
Agreement A-10883 regarding the annual price adjustment
beginning Fiscal Year FY) 2007 through FY 2010 with California
Forensic Medical Group CFMG) for medical, mental health and
dental services to inmates at the Custody Operations Bureau,
Budget Unit 251.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Approved and authorized the Sheriff to sign Amendment No. 1 to Agreement A-10883 regarding
the annual price adjustment beginning Fiscal Year FY) 2007 through FY 2010 with California
Forensic Medical Group CFMG) for medical, mental health and dental services to inmates at the
Custody Operations Bureau, Budget Unit 251.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2008, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Armenta, Calcagno, Salinas, Mettee-McCutchon, Potter
