Upon motion of Supervisor Armenta, seconded by Supervisor Potter, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby;
Authorized the Purchasing Manager for Natividad Medical Center NMC) to execute
Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with Latham & Watkins LLP for Legal Services at
NMC in an amount not to exceed $400,000 an increase of $300,000) for the period
October 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011.
