County of Monterey, State of California
Approve and authorize the District Attorney to sign and submit
applications, including any extensions or amendments thereof, for
continued funding for Fiscal Year 2010-11 from State agencies for five
District Attorney's Office assistance and prosecution programs as identified
in the Board Order.
Upon motion of Supervisor Parker, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Approved and authorized the District Attorney to sign and submit applications, including any
extensions or amendments thereof, for continued funding for Fiscal Year 2010-11 from State
agencies for five District Attorney's Office assistance and prosecution programs as identified
below:
