Introduce, waive reading, and set January 7, 2020 as the date to adopt an ordinance amending Chapter 2.59 of the Monterey County Code to clarify that at large members of the Monterey County Children and Families Commission may serve until a successor is appointed and that, in the case of at large members appointed to fill a vacancy, they may serve the remainder of an unexpired term in addition to two additional consecutive three-year terms.
