Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A-10738
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health to sign
Amendment No. 1 to Agreement A-10738 with Peacock Acres,
Inc., to extend the Mental Health Services Agreement through
June 30, 2009; and
b. Increase the existing Agreement amount of $425,565 by
$272,626 for Fiscal Year 2008-09 for a revised maximum total
amount of $698,191.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
a. Approved and authorized the Director of Health to sign Amendment No. 1 to Agreement A-
10738 with Peacock Acres, Inc., to extend the Mental Health Services Agreement through
June 30, 2009; and
b. Increased the existing Agreement amount of $425,565 by $272,626 for Fiscal Year 2008-09
for a revised maximum total amount of $698,191.
