a. Approve an Agreement with Fender Mender Autobody to provide auto body repair services to the County of Monterey Resource Management Agency - Public Works (Request for Quotations #10338), in an aggregate total amount paid to all contractors not to exceed $1,000,000 over the term of the Agreements from execution of the Agreement through and including August 31, 2015, with the option to extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement;
b. Approve an Agreement with Salinas Collision Repair to provide auto body repair services to the County of Monterey Resource Management Agency - Public Works (Request for Quotations #10338), in an aggregate total amount paid to all contractors not to exceed $1,000,000 over the term of the Agreements from execution of the Agreement through and including August 31, 2015, with the option to extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement; and
c. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to execute the Agreements with Fender Mender Autobody and Salinas Collision Repair and future amendments to said Agreements where the amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the original aggregate total amount and do not significantly alter the scope of work.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve an Agreement with Fender Mender Autobody to provide auto body repair services to the County of Monterey Resource Management Agency - Public Works ((Request for Quotations #10338), in an aggregate total amount paid to all contractors not to exceed $1,000,000 over the term of the Agreements from execution of the Agreement through and including August 31, 2015, with the option to extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement;
b. Approve an Agreement with Salinas Collision Repair to provide auto body repair services to the County of Monterey Resource Management Agency - Public Works ((Request for Quotations #10338), in an aggregate total amount paid to all contractors not to exceed $1,000,000 over the term of the Agreements from execution of the Agreement through and including August 31, 2015, with the option to extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement; and
c. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to execute the Agreements with Fender Mender Autobody and Salinas Collision Repair and future amendments to said Agreements where the amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the original aggregate total amount and do not significantly alter the scope of work.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Agreements with Fender Mender Autobody and Salinas Collision Repair (Agreements) will provide for auto body repair services to the County of Monterey Resource Management Agency - Public Works, Fleet Division, from execution of the Agreements through and including August 31, 2015, with the option to extend the Agreements for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreements. The Agreements shall not exceed an aggregate total amount paid to all contractors of $1,000,000 over the term of the Agreements.
Each Agreement is based upon County requirements as set forth in the terms and conditions of Request for Quotations #10338.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The Office of the County Counsel, Auditor-Controller, and Risk Management have reviewed and approved the Agreements as to form and legality, fiscal terms, and insurance provisions, respectively.
FINANCING:
Based upon historical usage, funds for services under these Agreements are estimated not to exceed the aggregate value of $1,000,000 for both Fender Mender Autobody and Salinas Collision Repair. Expenditures will depend on the actual usage/services provided and will be funded from Fleet (Fund 001, Department 3000, Unit 8185, Appropriation RMA007, Account 6866).
