RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Western States Contracting Alliance - National Association of State Procurement Officials (WSCA-NASPO) conducted a request for proposals process and awarded several vendor contracts for "Electronic Monitoring of Offenders" through a cooperative agreement, Master Agreement No. 00212 (Agreement).
