County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A 10970
Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign
Amendment No. 4 to Agreement A-10970 with ACTION Council of
Monterey County, Inc., extending the current Agreement through Fiscal
Year FY) 2010-11 and increasing the amount by $30,500 for FY 2010-11
for a revised maximum total Agreement amount of $698,750 for program
implementation, community education, and training services for the period
July 24, 2007 through June 30, 2011.
Upon motion of Supervisor Potter, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Approved and authorized the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign Amendment No. 4 to
Agreement A-10970 with ACTION Council of Monterey County, Inc., extending the current
Agreement through Fiscal Year FY) 2010-11 and increasing the amount by $30,500 for FY
2010-11 for a revised maximum total Agreement amount of $698,750 for program
implementation, community education, and training services for the period July 24, 2007 through
June 30, 2011.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 2010, by the following vote, to wit:
