Receive the 3rd & 4th Quarters of 2014 Action Minutes of the Budget Committee for July 30, 2014, August 27, 2014, September 24, 2014, October 16, 2014 and December 3, 2014.

Report

RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors receive the 3rd & 4th Quarters of 2014 Action Minutes of the Budget Committee for July 30, 2014, August 27, 2014, September 24, 2014, October 16, 2014 and December 3, 2014. 

 

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:

The Budget Committee met for the 3rd & 4th Quarters on July 30, 2014, August 27, 2014, September 24, 2014, October 16, 2014 and December 3, 2014. There was no meeting in November 2014.  The Action Minutes for these meetings have been approved by the Budget Committee.  The Committee members are Supervisor Fernando Armenta and Supervisor Jane Parker.  The Budget Committee submits these Action Minutes for receipt by the Board of Supervisors. 

 

OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:

The County Administrative Office (CAO) - Budget & Analysis Division prepared this report.  County departments prepare and submit staff reports for consideration by the Budget Committee.  All staff reports are reviewed and approved by the CAO Analysts.  The County Counsel, Auditor-Controller and Department Heads are consulted as needed. 

 

FINANCING:

There is no impact to the County’s General Fund by receiving this report.
