Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No.: A-11911
Approve and ratify the action taken by the Director of
Health and the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign an
Agreement with the Blue Shield of California Foundation
for Grant #4572769, in the amount of $200,000,
beginning January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011,
for the purpose of implementing the 2010 County
Coverage Expansion Planning, Round Two.
Upon motion of Supervisor Armenta seconded by Supervisor Potter, and carried by those
members present, the Board of Supervisors hereby:
Approved and ratified the action taken by the Director of Health and the
Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign an Agreement with the Blue Shield of California
Foundation for Grant #4572769, in the amount of $200,000, beginning January 1, 2011
through December 31, 2011, for the purpose of implementing the 2010 County Coverage
Expansion Planning, Round Two.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January 2011, by the following vote, to wit:
