RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Planning Commission remove Emily Tafoya from the North County Land Use Advisory Committee.
DISCUSSION:
The North County Land Use Advisory meeting minutes record the members attendance and indicate that the member in question has not attended at least 80% of the meetings in accordance with the Land Use Advisory Procedures, 5(e), “LUAC members are expected to attend a minimum of 80% of the regular scheduled meetings each year.” Staff have attempted to rectify the situation with no success; therefore, Staff are recommending removal of the member from the LUAC.
