RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Planning Commission accept the resignation of Alan Buchwald from the Big Sur Land Use Advisory Committee.
DISCUSSION:
On December 13, 2023, the Planning Commission appointed Alan Buchwald to the Big Sur Land Use Advisory Committee. Staff contacted Mr. Buchwald on multiple occasions and on January 16, 2024, Mr. Buchwald informed Staff by email that he had decided to no longer participate as a member of the Big Sur LUAC.
